This is a nonprofit institution that provides services to children with limited financial resources since 1988.
Nowadays, the Foundation is a private institution that gives support to children, which provides health services, in different areas:
- Day Care Unit for children from 0 to 6 years,
- Rehabilitation therapy,
- External Attention and
- Laboratory.
The center offers helps in Rehabilitation and different Specialties, with professionals in areas such as: physiotherapy, speech therapy, early stimulation, occupational therapy, Psycho rehabilitation, Family´s Therapy, in addition to dental services and clinical laboratory.
External Attention services includes: pediatrics, neurology, traumatology, urology, ENT, General Medicine and Dentistry.
The center's mission is to provide medical attention to children and families with limited economic resources, in suburban areas, with all types of acute illnesses, chronic diseases and rehabilitation
therapies, without distinction of race or religion.
They have a system of continuing medical education through the review of cases and by following
the prescribed treatments and the constant progress of therapy in the patients.
VOLUNTEER WORK AT THE INSTITUTION:
- Help in the care and feeding of the children.
- Help by organizing practices with the children through didactic games, puzzles, toys, etc.
